Hello! I'm Bethia Wee, born in Singapore and blessed with loving parents. I started blogging and creating content on Instagram since 2014, in an effort to share my passion for fitness & competing.
Reflecting back, my passion fell into the dark side of obsession in 2015, and I was unhealthily underweight at a body fat percentage under 10%. Now that I have fully recovered, I live a lot more sustainably! (If you feel that you need help on this, please reach out!)
To sum up my health and fitness lifestyle: I'm a gym member of Anytime Fitness Marine Parade, I have a healthy dietary obsession with Wafuken, I take Sing Yan's bird nest religiously every week because it does wonders for my health and skin, and as a Prosupps athlete, I take the best of supplements for muscle growth and recovery.
